After-sales rules
- Within 24 hours of ordering: contact store support or file a complaint directly on the LDXP order page — the platform pushes the seller to handle it first; this is the fastest channel.
- After 24 hours: once the official complaint channel closes, look up your order here and we'll provide the upstream supplier's store entry for that product; our store support can also assist.
- Two lookup channels: the store lookup uses order records synced to this site (every 10 minutes); the official lookup happens on the LDXP page (human verification required, full details available).
- Digital goods are non-refundable once delivered; if a key is invalid, an account is abnormal, or the delivered content does not match the description, you can open an after-sales case.
