一个好的IP，固定使用，账号选择长期用的，使用就正常在claude上完成自己的任务即可，做好以上这些能让自己的账号，用得更长久些，但是，能不能做到100%不出问题，不封号呢？并不能，claude官方封号没有规律可言，哪怕是哪些就这美国本土，用本土IP，本土信用卡，正常使用的外国人，在3月20号左右，也是出现了大规模的封号.
所以，我们在国内使用的，需要尽可能的避免，做好以上这些行为，也只能是说减少了封号的概率而已。
