质保范围：
--充值成功后，质保30天订阅，【质保订阅跟随openai官方】。即便遇到掉订阅情况，会按照剩余天数退款，退款时间以openai官方为准，一般也就几个工作日。
--若符合退款条件，退款将扣除 20% 手续费，剩余金额按实际情况返还。
--若充值账号以前有过0刀、嘿充等CDK充值订阅的记录，故意隐瞒，继续充值，最后导致被官方风控，则不在质保范围内。
--仅限个人正常使用，充值成功后，不退不换。
--因无法控制买家后续的使用行为，封号不在质保范围内，无退款。
（反代、多人共享、多IP使用、充值批量注册的账号、过破限KYC、频繁违规话题等滥用行为会有概率封号）
