1. 已有 GPT 账号： 没有账号无法使用。
2. 账号为个人版： 若加入过 Team 空间，请先切回个人版再获取 Token，否则充值失败。
3. 接受不退不换：卡密售出后，除非出现卡密无法兑换的问题，否则不退不换。

兑换失败： 继续重试，或 30 分钟后再试。
充值成功但未变 Plus： 重新登录 GPT。
网页版看不到 Plus 模型： 浏览器无痕模式重新登录。
Codex 额度未刷新： 官方延迟，等 30 分钟后重新登录 Codex，随意提问一次即可激活
如果原账号订阅的是gpt pro 的话，plus卡密不能覆盖订阅，请换新号，或者等订阅到期再充值。
How do I use the key / redemption code?
After payment, the order page immediately shows the key or code. Activate it on the corresponding official site/platform per the listing. Confirm the supported region and platform.
How fast is delivery?
Items marked “auto delivery” ship immediately after payment; for others, follow the merchant's notes on the product page.
Bought the wrong item / it doesn't work?
Within 24 hours, contact store support or file a complaint on the LDXP order page; after 24 hours, use our After-sales page with your order number. Digital goods are non-refundable once delivered.
